My Racing Journey

Her passion for motorsport began while she was still at high school, when she first became fascinated by motorcycles. This eventually led her to develop an interest in motor racing.

She made her racing debut in the Tsukuba P-FR Race in 1999 and competed in the Super Taikyu Series from 2000 to 2003, achieving a best result of second in class in 2002. In 2004, she made a one-off appearance in the N1 Endurance Series, where she claimed victory.

In 2005, she competed as part of an all-female team in the Merdeka 12-Hour Endurance Race, one of Malaysia’s major motorsport events, finishing sixth. Her performance attracted considerable attention across Asia. Later that year, she appeared in television commercials for two major brands, X-1R and Red Bull. She subsequently appeared in commercials for major companies in Japan, including one of the country’s leading electric power companies.

In 2006, she became the world’s first female driver to compete in a full season of the Porsche Carrera Cup, finishing sixth in the championship standings. At the end of 2008, she temporarily stepped away from racing and circuit driving to embark on a new chapter in her life.

After a 15-year hiatus, she returned to motor racing in 2023. In her first season back, she secured two podium finishes in the Super Taikyu Series and finished fourth overall in the championship.

She continues to compete in the Super Taikyu Series, constantly striving to reach new heights and push her limits.
